Start it, skip it, or stop any month. If you'd rather not, the site still runs — you just wait on me for changes. Fair use covers a couple of changes a month; a whole new page I'd quote you first.
Not included: the domain name. That's yours to own, roughly $15 a year, bought in your name so it belongs to you and not to me. I'll set it up for you.

The words and numbers in the prototypes are stand-ins, and the photos are stock houses, not yours. They're there so you can see the shape of it.
