Semi-custom homes · Millbrook & the valley
Somebody’s home.
Jonathan Beckenbauer builds houses that fill up with life. One family at a time.
0 of 5 windows lit
Nobody buys a house from the driveway. Come inside.
The record
Since 2009 we’ve handed keys to 147 families, finished 9 out of 10 builds on the date we promised, and never once used a subcontractor we hadn’t met.
The tenth ran nineteen days long. We paid for the rental.
How we build
-
01
The sit-down
Ninety minutes at our table. No drawings yet.
What you do
Who lives here. Your budget. Your date.
What we do
Ask about your mornings. Say a real number.
-
02
The napkin
The first plan is a sketch. It costs nothing.
What you do
React. Nothing here is precious.
What we do
Draw it while you watch. Price in a week.
-
03
The drawings
Where we stop guessing.
What you do
Pick the plan. Choose finishes. Sign.
What we do
Stamped drawings, permits, locked price. The number stops moving here.
-
04
The dust
Twenty-two weeks, give or take a hard winter.
What you do
Walk the site Fridays at four. Change your mind about paint, not plumbing.
What we do
A photo every Friday. We call the day something goes wrong.
-
05
The keys
And then we don’t disappear.
What you do
Move in. Keep a list of what bugs you.
What we do
We fix the list at eleven months. We’re four miles away.
The family
“I’ve never handed keys to a stranger. By the time it’s done, I know which kid gets the small room.”
Jonathan Beckenbauer
Jonathan framed his first house at nineteen, for his uncle, for eight dollars an hour. He started signing his own name to them in 2009.
Semi-custom means you start from a plan that works and change what matters. He’ll tell you which parts those are.
No cost, no drawings, no pitch
Come sit at the table.
Tell us three things. Jonathan calls within two days. If we’re wrong for your build, he’ll say who isn’t.
Got it.
Jonathan calls within two days. Nothing else happens until you say so.
